Depending on the research topics, papers presented at the VCNST conference will be reviewed for publication in the special issues of the following journals, respectively:

Both on-site and Internet presenters, must pay a registration fee of US $380  before August 20th. The registration fees are refundable less a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before August 28th, 2010. Registration fees cannot be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after August 28th, 2010.
