Please enter the attendee' name in the description box, especially if the name on the credit card is different. After payment, you should receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from PayPal provided that your e-mail address was valid. An official receipt from the conference organizers will be ready for you to pick up during the conference.
Note that payments made by credit cards through PayPal do not require you to open a PayPal account.
If Bank/Wire Transfer is preferred, please request the account information by e-mail to coh@oa-host.org. On-site payment cannot be accepted.

The registration fees are refundable less a ten percent (10%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before May 13, 2010, or less a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before June 13, 2010. Registration fees cannot be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after June 13, 2010.
